You’ll see that a number of resident, non-resident, observer, day and whole week options are available:

Resident

Fees are fully inclusive of all tuition, entry to all concerts plus accommodation on a full-board basis (i.e. breakfast, lunch and supper). All fees are per person, per week unless indicated otherwise.

  • Balcarres House Resident (single occupancy)= £895 (whole course)
  • Pinkie House Resident (single occupancy)= £825 (whole course)
  • Resident (shared occupancy) = £775 (whole course)

N.B. Note that single-occupancy in Balcarres House is priced higher than Pinkie House due to an improved quality of accommodation. Should residents be unable to stay for the whole week it may also be possible to reduce fees on a nightly basis on a case by case basis. Please add this request to your application form at the point of application. Although bedrooms will be allocated on a single occupancy basis where possible, most bedrooms will be allocated on a shared occupancy basis, particularly to those allocated a bursary.

Non resident

  • £70 per day (excluding lunch and dinner)
  • £315 for 5 days (save 10%)
  • £390 whole course (save over 20%)

N.B. Non-residents please add £20 per day to include lunch and dinner which is passed on at cost.

In addition to classes included in the course fee, extra classes may be chosen at a cost of £35 (or two for £60). These classes may be requested either in advance or once the course has started and will be allocated according to availability.

A deposit of £200 must be sent with your Application Form (which is non-refundable if accepted onto the course). You may wish to take out personal insurance if there’s a chance you might cancel your booking.

Observers

Observers are welcome to attend and can purchase tickets for £15 per half day and full-time music students may observe for free. Visitors are encouraged to attend all performances, but a donation of £5 is requested towards the Oxenfoord International Bursary Fund. Visitors and non-resident students may also purchase daily delegate meal tickets at £20 which is passed on at cost from the catering team at Loretto School.
